Who we are
This website is operated by Smart Ironmaking Computing Pty Ltd (ABN 92 690 108 466) ("SIC™", "we"), Australia. Contact: info@smartironcompute.com.
What we collect
When you send a message or register for the Document Center, we collect the details you enter — such as your name, email, organisation, job title, country and message. When you use the Document Center we record which documents you view, request or download, with the time and approximate network address.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to verify your email, to manage access to confidential documents and to protect those documents from misuse. Document copies are watermarked with your email for this reason. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Where it is stored
Data is stored with our hosting and database providers (Vercel and Upstash), which may process it outside Australia under their own security commitments. Email is delivered through our mail provider.
How long we keep it
We keep account and access records while your account is active and for as long as needed to protect our documents. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or complain about how we handled it, by emailing info@smartironcompute.com. We handle requests in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
